Missouri’s lawmakers return to Jefferson City early next month with three issues to consider: prescription drug relief for seniot citizens, the livestock marketing bill, and exempting Missourians from having to pay state tax on the federal tax rebates. The special session is set to begin on September 5th, one week anead of the veto session which gets underway September 12th.
