The Hy-Vee food store chain, which operates in Missouri and several other states, has issued a recall for children’s pain reliever liquid that contains too much pain reliever. Hy-Vee Children’s Cherry Suspension Pain Reliever in 4-ounce bottles should be returned to stores for a refund. The affected bottles contain lot number 1AD0228 and have an expiration date of December 2nd. Too much of the pain reliever ingredient can cause severe health problems, including liver failure.
