a veteran of the California judicial system has moved to Missouri to become the new Chief Disciplinary Counsel. Maridee Farnquist Edwards served ten years in the Office of Chief Trial Counsel – the lawyer disciplinary agency in California. She also served as counsel to the Screen Actors Guild, worked to reduce the Los Angeles Municipal Court backlog, and worked for the U.S. Department of Labor in Los Angeles for three years.
