Concerns that family planning agencies would stop receiving state money have been alleviated. The worry was requirements in the appropriation law for the Missouri Department of Health would block some family planning clinics from getting state money of they participated in some federal programs. However, the federal Health and Human Services Department will provide agencies in the state with an order needed to keep the money coming under the law.
