Two-a-day workouts continue today for both the Kansas City Chiefs and the St. Louis Rams. Both teams will spend their morning sessions concentrating on special teams while the afternoon workouts will be business as usual. The Rams are moving closer towards their exhibition opener. That will be Monday night in Canton, Ohio aganst the Miami Dolphins.
