Trying to work through the maze of local, state, and federal environmental regulations can be a daunting task, whether it’s a large Missouri city or a small farm. Bill Bryan of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office spoke at a recent environmental conference at Lake of the Ozarks. He says the key is looking at what is right for a particular area. He says one thing for people at the state and community level to realize is their laws can’t be more strict than federal dictates.
