The 2001-2002 season will open on October 4th for the St. Louis Blues on the road as they pay the Columbus Blue Jackets a visit. The first home game of the season will be one week later on Thursday October 11th when the Blues host the Los Angeles Kings. The Blues are coming off their first appearance in the Western Conference Finals in 16 years.
