Former St. Louis University basketball standout Maurice Jeffers has suffered a broken hand and will miss summer league action. Jeffers was a second-round draft pick (55th overall) of the Sacramento Kings. he suffered the injury on July 1st and was unable to take part in the team’s first mini-camp last week. He is expected to be ready for training camp in the fall.
