The St. Louis Rams continue to be active in free agency. Yesterday they signed defensive end Cedric Jones away from the New York Giants. Jones started all 16 regular-season and three post-season games for the Giants last year, including Super Bowl XXXV. Jones finished the 2000 season with 47 tackles and 3.5 sacks. Jones was selected by the Giants in the first-round of the 1996 draft.
