The St. Louis Rams will have to continue to look for a new starting linebacker after Jeff Gooch was returned to the Tampa Bay Buccanneers yesterday. Gooch had been acquired from the Bucs on Monday in a deal for a fifth-round draft pick. However, he failed the Rams physical and as a result the deal was voided. Gooch is still suffering from the after effects of a groin injury. Obviously, the Rams will get back the draft pick they originally sent to Tampa.
