The Kansas City Royals held their first workout of spring training on Sunday. Thirty pitchers, seven catchers and three early arriving position players took part in the workout. Left-hander Jose Rosado and right-hander Mac Suzuki both tested their surgically-repaired shoulders without incident. The Royals will have their full squad report on Wednesday.
