A Jefferson County shooting death last year that had been considered a possible hunting accident has become a murder case. The wife of Festus resident Larry Holman is one of two people charged with killing him. The charges say Tammy Holman and Charles Miller planned Larry Holman’s killing to take place on the last day of the deer hunting season so it would appear accidental. Holman was killed as he sat in his car by a bullet that went through the window.
