The race to succeed State Treasurer Bob Holden is set. Democrat Nancy Farmer had the tougher primary race, beating two state representatives by grabbing nearly 50% of the vote. Farmer says her work as Deputy State Treasurer under Holden made the difference. Republican Todd Graves brushed aside his sole primary challenger and doesn’t consider Farmer’s experience a big obstacle.
