Whichever way you look at it, he was, and he did, and Magglio Ordonez hit a three run homer in the seventh inning to give the White Sox a 7-6 win over the Royals. Suzuki entered the seventh inning with a 6-4 lead, but gave up a double a walk and a sacrifice. With first base open, Suzuki got Frank Thomas to pop out for the second out, but Ordonez followed with his 24th homer to give the White Sox the lead. Suzuki is 5-5, after allowing 7 runs, 6 earned, on 8 hits in 6 and 2/3 innings. Sizzling Johnny Damon had three more hits and three RBI’s, and Mark Quinn had four hits for the Royals.
