The St. Louis Blues have rewarded assistant coach Jim Roberts with a contract extension through the 2001-2002 season. Roberts, who is 59, has spent the last four years with the Blues after a stint as coach and GM of their minor league affiliate in Worcester. Roberts played 15 years in the NHL.
