The Red Cross is scrambling to find new homes for three dozen people evacuated from a dilapidated Kansas City apartment building. There is some question now about whether those residents will ever be allowed to return home. Fire officials forced the families out of the former Emerson Hotel after declaring the apartments unsafe. Linda Foster with the Kansas City area Red Cross says workers have plenty to do.
