In minor league baseball, the Ozark Mountain Ducks threw their third shutout in four games, blanking Lafayette 1-0. Mark Hampton pitched six shutout innings for the Ducks before getting relief help.The River City Rascals got good pitching too, and beat Chillicothe 5-1. Starter Dustin Brewer went the distance and didn’t allow a run until the ninth. Both the Rascals and Ducks host the same opponents tonight.
