A prosecutor and a rape victim face bitter disappointment in Southwest Missouri. A man about to be sentenced in Springfield has been freed because DNA evidence indicates somebody else did the crime. Assistant Prosecutor Jill Geary, who dropped the charges after the DNA evidence was submitted, says she feels for the victim and her family. The man convicted by a jury, Armand Villasana, was in jail for 21 months waiting for his trial, then waiting for his sentencing.
