Police have made an arrest in the road rage shooting death of a Kansas City teenager. Zeno Sims is accused of killing a 15-year-old girl last Saturday. DeAntreia Ashley’s boyfriend rear-ended another car and the suspect blasted their car with gunfire after a brief argument. Police say Sims then drove off. He turned himself in Thursday, accompanied by a lawyer.
