Some of the people living near Lambert-St. Louis Airport are finally going to get their homes soundproofed–although they’re not happy they’ve had to wait three years for the program to start. It’s a test project. Sixteen houses will get soundproofing first…another 64 later. The program eventually could include more than four thousand homes.
