We should soon find out when a Winston Cup race is coming to the Kansas City area. The company building a track just outside the city in Kansas hopes to announce next week, the date for a Winston Cup race in 2001. The race is likely to fall on one of three dates: July 16, July 30, or Ocober 29.NASCAR Truck racing comes to the St. Louis area this weekend. The truck series race is Sunday at Gateway International Speedway in Illinois.
