A drunk driver who caused a fatal accident in Jefferson County has been put on probation for five years…but has been told he’ll go to prison for six years if he violates the probation’s terms. Kevin Moore of Dittmer had pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter. He was drunk when he left a bar in DeSoto last year. His car crossed the center line and hit another car headon, killing the other driver.
