A manslaughter charge has been filed against a man from O’Fallon in connection with the death of a teenager last Christmas Eve. The prosecutor charges Kenneth Easley in the death of 18-year-old Terri Ann Whitworth. The charge says Whitworth drank two pints of whiskey at a party at Easley’s home, and died of acute alcohol poisoning.
