The state transportation department is being sued by survivors of a man killed in a pickup truck crash on a sharp curve in Barry County two years ago. The woman who is the mother of the son of Michael Miller says the department did not have any warning sign posted for the 89-degree turn, other than a sign saying the speed limit was 55 miles per hour on that road. Rita Nast-Lea is asking for 87-thousand-500 dollars.
