A Rolla woman has been convicted of murder in a mobile home fire that killed a teenager living with her. Jurors recommend a life prison sentence for Patrice Seibert. Testimony showed she, her son Darien and family friend Derrick Roper had the fire set in her Rolla mobile home to conceal the death of here wheelchair-bound son. The fire claimed the life of 17-year old Donald Rector, who was unable to get out. Darien Siebert testified against his mother, part of a plea deal that lets him escape the death penalty when he and Roper are tried later.
