One of the three administrators at the University of Missouri-St.Louis who had taken early retirement and then been rehired at a reduced salary has decided to withdraw his retirement announcement. He’s Donald Driemeier, who will stay on full time. The state auditor is looking into the retirements and re-hiring of the administrators. With their retirement income and their part-time income from the University, they’d be making more than they were while working. And the auditor wants to know if the university is violating its own policy by hiring them back.
