The Greene County prosecutor attacks the county’s drug court, calls it ineffective. Prosecutor Darrell Moore says the court is not effective. The circuit judge overseeing the court says Moore is mistaking a separate program for part of the drug court program. Drug courts are set up to deal with first time drug offenders. The courts funnel the offenders into intensive treatment and probation programs. If they complete the programs, their record will be erased.
