Southeast Missouri State’s first NCAA tournament game ever will be against Louisiana State, Thursday in Salt Lake City. SEMO earned the bid by winning the Ohio Valley Conference tournament last week. SEMO is a 13th seed, LSU a 4th seed. The Indians will face a major size disadvantage against the Tigers, who start two players over 6-9. LSU finished tied for the regular season title in the Southeastern Conference, at 12-4, and is 26-5 overall. SEMO finished 24-6.
