The former chief of staff at the Kansas City Veterans hospital pleads guilty to a federal conflict of interest charge. Doctor Glenn Hodges approved a service contract between the VA Hospital and the University of Kansas Medical Center. Hodges was working as a doctor at the KU Medical Center while acting as chief of staff of the VA Hospital.
